An amended Development Plan (DP/2025/1) application was lodged with Macedon Ranges Shire for 1/1781 Romsey Road on 27 June 2025.

The property is situated between the Couzens Lane and Glenfern Road, west of Romsey town centre.

The amended development plan documents can be viewed below or at Council’s Gisborne Office at 40 Robertson Street GISBORNE VIC 3437 between the hours of 8.30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

The main amendments to the approved development plan would include:

  • Two lot subdivision (2.077Ha & 2.166Ha)

The development plan will also be considered at an upcoming Council Meeting or Delegated Planning Committee to decide on the proposal and inform Council’s position. Council will take into account any comments received when considering the amendment to the development plan.
