An amended Development Plan (DP/2009/10/L) application was lodged with Macedon Ranges Shire Council for 59 Brooking Road on 27 May 2025.
The property is situated on the north-western corner of the Brooking and Seville Road intersection.
The amended development plan documents can be viewed below or at Council’s Gisborne Administration Centre, 40 Robertson Street, Gisborne VIC 3437 between the hours of 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The main amendments to the approved development plan would include:
- A two-lot subdivision (1,000m2 and 1,500m2 lots)
- A building envelope for each lot

The development plan and any amendment to the plan must be publicly exhibited for a period of two weeks prior to approval. The responsible authority must take into account any comments received when considering the development plan or any amendment to the plan.

The development plan will be considered at an upcoming Council Meeting or Delegated Planning Committee to decide on the proposal and inform Council’s position.
