An amended Development Plan (DP/2011/7/P) application was lodged with Council for 90 Willowbank Road, Gisborne on 10 December 2025.
The property is situated on Willowbank Road just east of the Thorneycroft Entrance intersection.
The amended development plan documents can be viewed below or at the Gisborne Administration Centre, 40 Robertson Street, Gisborne from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The main amendments to the approved development plan would include:
- Increasing the subdivision yield by four lots, from nine to thirteen, and
- Replacement of a court running off Lidderdale Drive with a common property driveway.

The development plan will be considered by delegation within the Strategic Planning team unless particular thresholds are met requiring that the amendment be considered at a Council Meeting. All decision making will take into account any comments received when considering the amendment to the development plan.
