The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) has supported the applicants request to adjourn the scheduled hearing.
The new Hearing dates are: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10 March 2026, 10am to 4.30pm at VCAT Melbourne, 55 King Street, Melbourne.
Macedon Ranges Shire Council acknowledges the Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung and Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Peoples as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of this land and waterways. Council recognises their living cultures and ongoing connection to Country and pays respect to their Elders past, present and emerging.
